Lance Footer was born legally blind. A 3-time NATIONAL TRACK CHAMPION in the men's tandem pursuit.
Originally from New England, but now reside in Greenville, South Carolina.
He had been racing in time trials since the fall 2012 and a part of the USABA, and have traveled to the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Spring three times; this is where he learned how to race on a tandem.
Art has always been a love of his. He uses a magnifying glass to help in putting his dreams to paper. He has worked on the Wicked Wabbit comic, as well as done some sketch variants for the Zenescope VIP program.
in his words...
“ I don’t want to inspire I want to motivate “ survivor of adoption, abuse physical and mental, abandonment, bullying, high school dropout, alcoholism, homelessness, runaway, obesity, depression, oh did I mention I was born legally blind low vision.
When someone tells me I can’t I will prove you wrong but I was also born as an art Prodigy. My portfolio won top ten in New England in high school they sent me to the Boston Museum of fine arts.
I started drawing in the 90s and just recently got back involved doing the comicon circuit since then been published three magazines.
I do VIP sketchbook covers for Zen Zenescope, and have been published three magazines, biggest one was Marquis issue 66.
I just finished a project for Marvel/Upperr deck trading cards of Black Panther, I wish more people knew my story that way I will get better recognition for the art that I do. Number 1 goal... i still have is I want to work for Disney.
