His Story...

What is your passion?

Do you have regrets?

The importance of physical health, physical fitness, mental health, and mental fitness.

How is our self-image?

What is the story we tell ourselves?

Can we be honest with ourselves?

Do we have something to prove?

Who are we trying to prove ourselves to?

What is brave?

What is strong?

What is courageous?

Is “Honor, Courage, Commitment” merely another slogan for the U.S. Marines?

Is it ok that we make mistakes?

Is it ok that we don’t have everything together?

Is it ok that we are not perfect?

Can we allow ourselves the time to grow?

What does it take to be an endurance athlete? How do we keep going when the going gets tough?
